Any changes in Directors, Secretary, Shareholdings etc., require the filing of forms with the Registrars of Companies. We can deal with these for you. We can also handle all of the documentation neccessary for the payment of dividends.
Certain events need to be officially minuted by a company and we can prepare these for filing in the Statutory Register.
For a small annual fee we will allow your company to use our address as its Registered Office. This will ensure that official requests for documents to be sent directly to our office thus ensuring that important deadlines are met.
